    i believe the clavicle if suppossed to be one piece...

    I went down on the second roller of cactus, went in a "lil hot"...a long walk back to albertsons parking lot.

    THANK-YOU TO EVERYONE WHO ASKED IF I NEEDED ANYTHING (there were a lot)
    and A HUGE THANK-YOU TO 2 wheel lee and his group for the make shift splint!!!

    good times!

    Looks like a few months of stationary riding for you... Been there the last 2 winters! have had both shoulders surgically repaired the last 2 winters, torn rotator cuffs and bicep tendons. missed the dirt but was able to stay in reasonable shape with indoor bike and ellyptical trainer.

    Thank you for the Xray - a legit DNF. Since both of us are on the older side of 30, plan on a longer rehab. I ate it at Easter and I didn't get back on the bike for a few months. I felt fine physically but my balance was way off. I decided to do some serious PT and I was amazed how well my climbing improved. I'm about 60% on confidence and 120% on fitness. You should be fine in time for our Summer rides, Heal fast my friend.
