What? Sorry-- spent the last 4 days reading about some rude guy on the Fully loop. And an article in today's OC Register that all us trail users should be nicer to each other and "Just say Howdy."

So.. "Howdy (y'all)."

STR will always have a warm spot in my heart, though. This was the first MTB website I joined when I began riding in '08, and i've made some very good friends here.

I would consider the "OG's" to be ones with join dates of 2004 or 2005ish. I lurk once in awhile just for trail info/updates but the "orgy" group rides are just too big imho.

I have an arthrogram scheduled in a bout a week that will determine their view of my future. I have my fingers crossed for a tear or something that they can fix, if so I will be back in no time. if not it may take a little longer and be harder to clear security at the airport (total knee replacement)

then we goin riding!!!

EMCIL......you have inspired me to post my first post. I may have actually signed in once or twice. My name is Dave....and I am a lurker (head hung....really low). I have ridden with you on more than one occasion at Marshall canyon. I still try to get there at least once a week but have not seen you in a while. I have been racing OTH the last 3 weeks and that has been a blast. It seems like most of the posting activity is focused in the OC area and I am in the SGV. To everyone...HEY

 

When I am not traveling, I browse the Front Page at least 2-3 times per day. Very few comments unless I happen to see something first. I find little benefit from +1 or me too type posts so I just mostly read: for knowledge, for entertainment, for whatever

 

Ive been long time lurker but recently signed up and started posting a bit =P~
