Two routes I have done with mpmffitz just to give some of you guys references to the riding area's.

I am able to ride tomorrow if anyone is interested shoot me a PM. Was thinking of doing San Juan bottom to Blue Jay & back or Indian, Trabucco, Lower Holey Jim and back down Indian.

    Valley Rides!

Whew Long day on the trails at Vail! GPS'd about 30 Miles of trail today. The Marathon Course is up and locked! Plus I got some new stuff done for future rides. The day after the Marathon is the Bike expo and demo day. I have several shuttles running and I want to make sure the top trails are tight!. Plus we need a proper trail map at Vail with a quickness! Should be done within the month.
Anyhow I am planning on a night ride at Vail Thursday eve about 7:30, and a Idy ride Saturday morning about 8am.
The Idyllwild ride will be one of my favorites. I like to hit all the fun stuff and climb only when I have to. For those of you that dont know Know Idy, its the best we got!
    Luke where ya at:wave:

No nothing technical , but there are other trails not on that route . I mix up this route so I don't get to bored . By mixing it up I can get in a good workout out sometimes I end up with over 2000 feet of climbing .

    Rides this week!

So I'm going out to Vail Bout' 5:30 pm Thursday. Was going to do a night ride but I have kid stuff to do!
Also a ride in Idylwild Saturday morning. I have a super fun route on some of the lesser know trails. I figure on meeting at cocos in Hemet on Florida about 7:30 - 8. Head up from there. Any takers! I will also be leading a ride on the Fat Tire course next week some time. Let me know a good day and time! I'm sure we could end it at Kilarneys or something!:drunk:

Rode the farm trails with Jake, adam and Josh, sessioned the ten foot drop and kickers at the bottom.. The course is across from my house about 250 yards and so sweet for that close. Took the guys over to bobcat, where Adam got a flat at the start. Josh sessioned the jumps at the bottom. The rest of you str youhoos are missing out on such a local ride. Well goldrunner are going to hit the srp shuttle from the ridgeline to fire station. Later.......

Thanks Ben, good riding man.. I felt as if I was in a movie with the speeds and flowy terrain. I want to launch off that big pipe at the beginning of Manzanita though...

A group of us are startng a regular SRP ride on Tuesdays at 4:30. We meet in the horsetrailer parking lot on the north side of the road. Had five people show up yesterday and had a blast. Anyone interested is welcome to join us. I ride a blue and silver Gary Fisher hardtail and drive a white Jetta if you want to look for me.

    Surp!!

That's the one! 1st right once you pass what used to be a guard house.
Slaughter House is always a blast, but this time will probably be on my mind, arms, legs etc, cause there was Poison Oak EVERYWHERE #-oalso a lot of low (Headache) tree limns. Got smacked several times even with Mikes warnings (thanks Mike) Superman would have been great too but Mike had some father duties that were calling, and I was tired from riding up Indian-Holey Jim earlier in the day.:?:

Thanks for the FYI on the Tues. gig Kluwen, probably hit you up on that one of theses days.

mr. hobbs- can't pass up any kind of shuttle :bang: as for the STR court I will just plead insanity, think all of us on this sweet site fall into that category..
Who's going to Hurkey on Sat. with ranoaclan? I am seeing what I can do to make it. Hurkey is always a blast.

Work in Lake Elsinore and usually I'm off work by 3pm. Anyone down for some after work rides? Would love to check out some trails in the area.
