There are a lot of mtbr's and STR folk that call Temecula home. With all the good riding we have around us I wonder why there aren't more local group rides. If you're in the Temecula area and am interested let me know. I'd be glad to show off some of my favorite trails and am hoping to learn about new trails to ride too. Due to injuries I have lost some of my riding mates recently so if anyone is looking to ride/bomb/jump hit me up. I prefer dirt over pavement and ride everything from XC-DH... Anyone? :?:
Have you been to the 951 jumps in rainbow? i believe me and my friends that you met a few weeks ago are going to Vail on Saturday if you want to come. Early AM and we were going to explore some new trails that we didn't do the last trip.
i dont have a preferance really. I'm enjoying all of the above. i haven't gotten to do any serious downhill but I would definately give it a shot. yea whenever u are going msg me. im gonna be checking this forum daily now that i've found it.
Cool...let's set something up.:beer: Yeah I went there (951) recently. I was pleasantly surprised by the terrain and built jumps:bang:. You definitely need skills to ride this place...I want to go back with FF and DH gear soon. Anyone want to show me around??
I have been to the "951" trails many times. I would love to go ride it if you want to go. My normal riding buddies don't want to ride anything that big...
My schedule to ride Temecula are trails next week is Wed/Thur all day as well as the mornings all days of next week. Farm/Sam Hill Hill/951/Simpson park in Hemet.

Me and two friends will be riding Vail this Saturday. We are meeting there at 7:00 AM try to start riding by 7:15 or so. Everybody is welcome to join!

Vail has some awesome views right now. Every plant in the place has flowers on it, who knew. Did a couple hour ride there last night on the SS. Saw a few free ride dudes in full face at the damn looking for "the good trails". I didn't have the heart to tell them "it's all up from here". Nice seeing you Allison, getting back at it.
I am down for some group rides too. I am hit or miss on availability since I travel a lot for work, but when I am in town I would like to join. The last group ride I went on was pretty good until I ate it pretty hard and bent my front wheel. Lets hope the next one goes better.
I was there for that...You were pretty tangled up with the bike and your one clip in did not want to release...I was glad you were o.k.
Yeah that was quite a strange wreck. I have never had my foot wedged between my wheel and fork before. I tweaked my wrist a little bit but after a week or so I was able to get back on the bike. We will have to ride again soon.
I'll be there too. The plan is 7 am at Vail. Right when you drive inside all the way till it turns to dirt we're gonna meet. look for a subaru and an acura. :beer::beer: im still getting mentally prepared for the dam wall climb
I wish i could make this ride, Drake has my bike... I hope he is done with it by tomorrow so I can ride Sunday.
