Ouch! Heal up quick. I was wondering why you weren't riding this AM when we saw you.

Nam - Glad to hear it's not as bad as you were 1st thinking!
I know how hard it's going to be for you to stay off your bike, but let yourself heal!

We can't go to D-ville without you! (so stay off the bike for a while )

plus just think about it - now you don't have to ride your bike for 12 hrs in the hot June weather, Instead you can lay low for a bit, then get ready to race solo in NOV ;)

this will give you time to reflect on all the other things in this world besides mountain biking......ok, so that will only take a few minutes, but seriously I hope you have a really good book and heal quick!

Heal up Nam! Don't be a tough guy - take the pain meds.

You gotta watch those 29ers; there's really a false sense of security with those. You may want to get back to the real deal (26ers).
