they'll resign perry, no doubt about it. Bertuzzi is terrible, good riddance. He shouldn't even be playing the game. I have a feeling he'll be around though. Burke and Carlyle both love that guy for some reason. Robby will stick around. He's played here his entire career. Schneider proved to not be all that great for us. I'm not sure what to think. It will suck to not have scotty. But, we have to move on. Who is drafting gems in the second and third rounds? Do you mean the playoffs, or the draft... confused. If you mean the draft, that's not them getting lucky, it's the recruiting staff. Detroit has the best, period. I'd say from what I've seen, Anaheim has a close second. The owners too are very determined to make this a great franchise. Maybe the samueli's will lose interest, but certainly not anytime soon.

I suggest you worry what the Kings will do to get on their feet rather than the Ducks. Isn't it about time they get rid of crawford? 2 years seems to be the norm there.

it is kind of an oxymoron, i am an angels fan, but dislike the ducks, both teams being from OC. i respect the ducks level of hockey though. i guess its just one of those things where you either like the yankees or the mets, the pens or the flyers, etc...in all honesty i think it was the disney thing that was a huuuuuge turn off.

why im a flyers fan? i've always like their really aggressive style of play, and sometimes the cheap shots....its hockey though, no room for pansies! :p

I didn't realize that this was a playoffs thread. :?: I thought it was about the Ducks playoffs.

That being said; GO SHARKS! Wouldn't that be a kicker if they went all the way and won the Cup? Then the Kings would really feel like a big pile of poop. ](*,)

Well, if that were the case this thread would have died the same time the Ducks' chances of moving to the next round did. :)

Mega props to the Flyers! That was a heck of a game. Believe it or not, I'll be rooting for the Flyers this next series. Do me the favor of sending the Habs home.

Wow, remember when a Detroit vs. Colorado playoff round reallt meant something? I'm sure the Versus network will try to build it up but... it's pretty tame nowadays! Those used to be a bloody mess!

I can't get excited watching teams like Detroit, Colorado, Dallas any more. Maybe we see too much of them out west, or maybe they've just been good for too long. I'd much rather watch teams that have built themselves from the ground up like Pittsburgh or Montreal. Those are probably who I will cheer for now that my Flames are golfing. As long as New York gets knocked out thats all I really care about now.
