Yeah, check the site, or give them a call. It should be open, though. You should give trails one day of rest for every half-inch of rain, and I don't think it rained that much. Plus, it's bone dry, so it's good to ride!
trails were dry but you could see that there was some rain since it left a dimpled appearance on the ground... ran into about 5 riders which i guess is good... they all passed me as i was pushing up cholla #-o
So nice of you to push all 5 of them up Cholla like that... Unkool that they just left you in the dust like that:bang:
it usually takes about 1/2 an inch to close the park, and it sounds like we're just going to have some scattered showers. but if you're out there when it happens you might have to push your bike out (from experience).
someone called me from aliso about 30 minutes ago asking for directions back to the main fireroad from mathis...im guessing it is indeed open.
I believe it has to rain more than 1/4" for them to close down the park. Keep the rubber side down. :beer:
