    at 6'2" or 6'3" I'd suggest sticking with a Large size if you plan to point your bike down any steep or technical dowhills. Having a bike on the smaller size gives you more control.

    XL would be ok for cross country if you like to be stretched out.

    Of course, everyone's different (I have short legs and a long torso) so really you just need to test ride different sizes or get a fitting from a bike shop.
