Abandoned bike on Reseda Trail

There was an abandoned bike on the Reseda fireroad that led to the hub on Saturday. It was a silver and black gary fisher. The police had been called and when I showed them where it was I saw some blood in the grass where the bike was found. I was out there about 7:30 am on Saturday. My guess is this person stacked it and walked back. If anyone has any info? The Police have the bike as far as I know, I had t o go to work.
