5/11/13 Think Pink Ride and BBQ Part 2 - CHSP

Well a year has gone by in a blink of an eye. Cancer has affected all of us in one way or another (in my case breast cancer) so lets show the gals and guys that are going through or have gone through these tough times that we're here to support them and we're here to help kick cancer's a$$. I ask that everybody wear some form of pink for this ride. The plan is to ride out from Carbon Canyon Regional up telegraph to 4 corners and back out. Those who want more of a challenge can do Northridge or Southridge. As usual the pace will be newbie/social with plenty of regroups and breaks. Once we're done with the ride, we can continue the event by enjoying some grilled food. We'll need a good head count to make sure there is enough food for everybody.

I'm honored to be taking part of this ride again.
I have an 8' grill that will cook a lot of burgers and dogs at once
(I had it at Adams kid ride I.E. TAKE A KID MTB ride)...But I don't have a truck (I'm in Irvine) if anyone wants to lug it the ride.

Sorry to miss this ride Tony, I have a Grand National Flat Track race that weekend in Stockton, but my thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family.

 

I am looking forward to some of Colin's tasty treats.

also, I'm thinking I can do pulled pork sammys so I won't need to haul the 8' grill. ..we can use the puny grills at the park and/or bring yours for burgers and dogs...
