iPod Touch 16gb - 2nd gen (the newest one)

Looks and functions like new, no marks, scratches or dings. It has always been in a case with a film screen protector (included). I already paid the $10 for the new 3.0 software.

    Asking $235 + shipping

    Will include:
    apple headphones
    USB cable
    Contour Flick case
Anti-glare screen protection film by power support (from the apple store)

Additional specs and features can be found here: http://www.apple.com/ipodtouch/specs.html

I'm keeping my 1st gen 8gb Touch and moving to the iPhone so this one needs to be sold off.

Is there any advantage to an iPod touch other than the touch-screen functionality?

It does have cooler games and wi-fi capabilities. Not the best to use while being active though.

I need to get an iPOD for my car. only because it has an ipod adapter that allows control thru the radio controls.

If you are willing to match the price of the 8Gig NANO ( which is what I'm going to buy ) then I would be interested. If not, I understand.

It's priced right there with the 16gb Nano which sells for $199.

It's basically the iPhone with out the phone part. There are a lot of good wi-fi apps and I use a free text app.

I see there is music on it already.
This would make it worthwile to me if I like the songs.
PM me a short list of the music.

Does it require any type of service to use the apps, maps, weather etc?

music won't stay. As soon as you sync to your iTunes it'll all be deleted anyway. I think the apps go too but all the ones I have were free ones.

Apps like email, maps and weather require a wi-fi connection.

    ok, thats odd.
You buy music and you can't pass it along?
But then, I use J River, not iTunes.

    Thanks anyway.

I'm sure there are ways around it but I'm not going to invest the time in figuring it out. Plus the PC I sync'd it with is in a box somewhere so as soon as I connect to delete my pics it'll wipe it clean.
