    Snagged a tree during DH practice at Fontana on Saturday afternoon. Ended up in Urgen Care and 22 stiches later in my left forearm.......No using my arm for 12 days nor riding except the trainer with one arm.

    BTW I was only wear my chest protector and elbows instead of my Dianese (which has forearm protection) because it was so hot. So much for great ideas.....:lol:
