    Pre-poo...needed all the weight to gain that last .5lb. From here on out all weigh in's will be post-poo, no need weighing extra baggage.

    Kinda makes you want some Dark Fudge Chunk Decadent Brownies...washed down with One Barrel Rum of corse.


    So...1st day of WLC and I got up and did 20 minutes of circuit training, ran for 35 minutes after work (3.12 miles), and will do 30 minutes of circuit training before I go to bed.

    Dinner will consist of Red Beans and Rice with a Johnsonville bratwurst thrown in, and a salad. What are y'all doin?

    That sounds pretty good. I've trying to get my portion control under control and riding my bike more.

    I went back to doing what I did when I was doing mma. Eating every 2 hours, no junk food, no soda (caffeine headaches suck:banghead: ) quit smoking (mostly), situp and pushup routine at night and trying to ride more. Started running up and down the stairs at work when I'm waiting for the drivers to come back in (my boss loves making fun of that). Already dropped 4lbs since Wednesday :thumbup:

    IDK, my fist is pretty darn big...and that commute -- 10ft down the hall -- don't think I could even get a full pedal rotation in on the 29er, thinking I might just give it try tho ;)

    Any other 'advice' little man....

    Down 5.5 lbs since Wednesday. Stopped dropping 2-3 cokes a day, riding every day. Spin class tonight. Dinner was a gatorade, two hamburger patties with lettuce, no bun, slice of cheese, cup of rice, cup of mixed veggies. Breakfast has been oatmeal, or turkey sausage with 2 eggs scrambled with an english muffin, and orange juice or half a cup of coffee. Last week I logged over 40 miles of riding (strava and non-strava rides)... that's all I will say for now. don't want to show my whole poker hand :D

    Quit eating your cooking! Lots of love goes into it, along with butter, sugar, wine, way too much bread, etc... Let Blake do all the cooking for the next 60 days, you'll loose weight. LOL!

    I can't ride the bike to work or school due to location and places I have to be in a hurry. But I am going to school right now. I've got some lecture podcast I'm listening to when I ride (study and ride at the same time). Portional control has been a little better the last couple of days. It's been six days since my last soda/monster and I'm having mean cravings for one lately.

    @destroyer: I feel your pain. If you have to fall off the monster wagon, go for the blue can, which is only 20 calories a can. Or if you just need more caffeine in your life, drink tea, lots and lots of tea.

    I hate tea as well. I found those Mio Energy things you put in you water help with the caffeine withdrawal

    Irv, just send Dino a PM saying you missed the sign up because you didn't know it was that time of year again, along with the fact that you had to run into that burning building and save all those children...and on the way home you car ran out of gas...it wasn't your fault!!!

    I think he'll go for that.

    a)brownie was stuck in the rain and was so scared he couldn't move so you had to carry him and his bike out of the rain
    b)brownie and his female friend were high on drugs and were lost in trabuco so you spent a few days looking for them

    Totally forgot about those. But instead of Mio, go with the Albertson store brand. The Cherry Limeade flavor is especially potent...

    The 711 at my work was giving the black cherry Mio out for free so I got 5 of them lol
