This sucks!!!! When I pay attention to my weight lost. It seems like I gain more weight and notting is work for me right now. I do better off just riding and not paying attention to my weight lost. And the magic works for me like that.

As far as I'm concerned, Stu, Ray, Hotchkiss, Scott and Dune ALL have what it takes to take home the title.

Stu- Ya' see what happens when you apply yourself?!?
Keep doing what you are doing. If you slip-up the others WILL overtake you (punch below the belt) :)

Ray- You are killing it! You are having fun! You have a network of friends that will help you stay pointed in the right direction!!! The whole world is pulling for you. Don't let them down.

Hotchkiss- Your game plan is second to none!!!! Set a new goal and crush it- enough said!
-My opinion: You are weak. You can't do it. Rumor has it you are about ready to quit.
-My apologies to the other competitors: I may have just given my friend the extra bit of motivation he needs to leave ya'al in the dust!!! :)

Scott- You are having fun. You are motivated. You have gotten a lot stronger.... Time to take it to the NEXT level!!!! (Expect a lecture at today's Over the Hump race)

Dune- How awesome would it feel if you beat Stu!?!
    (enough said)

If you are anywhere near the Top 10... Time to REALLY step it up!!!
(More prizes are on the way)

Sounds like you need to arrange more STR WLC rides to kick these guys into shape (and allow for a bit more personal s--- talking. Plus, I couldn't make the last one. :(

I cannot lift weights and lose weight at the same time. Muscle bullding requires more calories than normal, while weight loss occurs with less calories. I know some people can do it, but when I lift weights my stomach becomes a bottomless pit. I become insatiably hungry and I cannot live with that misery for very long. When I focus on cardio, like running or MTB riding, I get the exercise without the added hunger, which is easier for my weight loss.

So, how would you guys and gals feel about throwing the challenge so I can buy Pho'd up's single speed? Come on, it'd be great (for me)! As for workouts, I've been doing full body three times a week, light but a lot. Oh, and is anyone else having issues with adding line breaks?

Bike is still available! Pho'dUp was nice enough to let me take it for a test ride at Whiting this afternoon...VERY nice bike, it was to short for me on the top tube length and just didn't feel right size wise, the rest of the bike was damn nice...whoever buys it will be dropping weight in no time!

My new SS gearing is ruining my chances to win this year. I didn't start riding regularly until last week. Now I'm back up to 213 and stuck there, stupid muscle! Throwing a 19 on the back is giving me much more upper body resistance then I would have imagined.

Slow and steady wins the ultimate race, I guess. Down another 2 pounds, but that will change as I have to work E3 next week and play translator for a bunch of developers from Japan. Lots of lunch/dinner meetings and god knows how much drinking. Don't cry for me, I'm already dead... @Brownie: I'd love to buy that ss, but I am broke, like joke...
