Well after my final run, sh*t, shower, and shave I'm down to 116lbs...that's 20lbs baby!, feeling good, and VERY HUNGRY!!! Thanks for the inspiration everyone, it's been a bit of a challenge but that's a good thing. I do feel better all around and now I can start working on part 2 of my gameplan as soon as I'm at 115lbs...put on 10lbs of muscle in the right places to make me a stronger rider/runner.

Amen to that! Good job on your weight loss too. Keep it down!

I weighed in at 147.5 today - 27 lbs less than I was 2 months ago; 35 lbs less than I was in February. I worked out with an athletic trainer today who had me wear a 40 lb vest while doing some of the work outs. I couldn't believe the extra strain on my body from carrying all that weight! With Brownie at 116 lbs now, I've lost little over 1/3rd Brownies!

I am suuuuuper happy with my 17ish lbs!!! Yeah, perhaps I could have lost more, but I think for me, that is a respectable, sustainable weight loss at 2ish lb/week. I don't even know if I would have even wanted to lose faster than that since I can easily fall into the ALL-OR-NOTHING mindset. The BEST part of the entire challenge was that I didnt even count calories like I have in the past!!!!!!!!! That is HUGE for me! I just trusted my body to tell me when I was hungry and didn't beat myself up for eating more if I needed too (NEVER thought that would be possible for me!). WOOHOO!

Congrats guys, you guys lost TONS!!!! I can't lie and say I am not a bit jealous of the male metablism (hehe), but I am truly happy that everyone stuck with it and pushed on past any plateaus and it's awesome knowing that we all did our best. YAY US!!!!!!

And now for the next part of the journey - lose more, maintain, or gain muscle. Whatever the next part of this healthy journey is for you, GOOD LUCK!!!! We should keep a new thread going and check in once a month for accountability!

Congrats Tara. 17 lbs is a lot of weight to drop... glad you found a way that works for you... keep it going. And +1 for the idea of an accountability thread.

    Lookin' good man!

Today, while getting dressed, I discovered a new metric for weight loss. My boxer/briefs (you know the ones that keep your man bits in a centralized location) are now fitting like boxers. New underwear time!

Which one of you strong boys wants to go undie shopping with me??? Brownie?

    :D

Great work everyone! Let's keep this loser train on the tracks

Tom and I have an "open" relationship. He's been spending an awful lot of time at Greggo's house lately... hmmm

What he wants and what he gets is two totally different things. BTW Steve, you'd look very bad shopping with a 12yr old black kid for underoos...unless that's something you do often...never mind.

I'm sure you and Tom are "Open", but I don't like levers on my partners, LOL

Once again, congratulations to everyone, job well done!
