    holy chit. Dino is back!! must have taken a LA Kings W to get him back in this silliness. either that or he thought the equestrian thread that dominated the board a few days back was about iron horse :p

    anyway glad to have you back bro and all count my fat lazy a$$ as in this year and be forewarned biatches, the money is mine!!!

    now off to eat and drink like a toad ahead of the first weigh in when life gets ugly :(

    Should call it "fat loss" challenge, not good to lose just "weight", that could be just water or worse, muscle weight! I could not lose much more weight unless I use diuretics or just cut off one of my legs... Current weight: 202-lbs, but just 5.9% bodyfat. Helps that my wife is a personal trainer for 24-Hr. Fitness... We would be happy to train or give nutrition advice for people to get on the right track.

    Screw all my platitudes of the last three years and half-assing it. This year will be redemption for the very first STR WLC Challenge in 2008. I missed first place by 0.6 lbs!!!!! No more excuses, no more half-assing. Balance will be essential but NOT an excuse to not put 100% of my energy in getting healthy. Add my name to the contenders for FIRST PLACE! :-D

    Besides all the pre-game sh!t talk (hehe so FUN!), let's really all work together and be support for each other. Maybe it would help to explain how we all got to a place that we need to enter a WLC and what we know we need to do or work on to get healthier. That way we can really put it all out there and be held accountable?
