    As of this morning I'm 3 spins. The dial on the scale spun around three times. :lol:

    Ok, I'm in. I've already been dropping some lbs but I still have a few to go. I'm not likely to win, but it ought to be fun. Unfortunately, I've only been to one STR ride, the Single Track-apalooza at Tapia, but I've been wanting to get out there more. Here's the motivation.

    Alright I think the Wifey had convinced me to join this time. To many injuries have really packed on a few pounds. I will be organizing roadie rides probably mondays. Stating in Tustin and averaging about 20 miles at 18-20 mph with a 700 to 1000 ft climb in the middle. Mondays at 5:45 probably.

    Ken this is really going to make Tuesday's suck with no Mud Pie.

    As far as weight in goes, in theory if you weigh in Tomorrow you get 8 extra days of weight loss over the late crew. Keep that in mind.

    If your body is healthy and athletic changing the "diet" is like fixing something that isn't broken. Weight loss is about burning more calories than consumed. Exercise more / eat less.

    Very tricky! A pound of fat weighs the same as pound of muscle. Did you mean muscle is denser than fat so one can wear smaller sizes without losing weight?

    Simply trying to prevent people from posting early, posting twice, making jeff's life difficult etc.

    Data input schedule: Saturday 9am- Monday 9pm!!!
    (same schedule every week)

    The earliest a competitor can input data is Saturday, May 7th...
    (if you post early, your week 1 weight will not be recorded).

    To repeat: do not input weight until Saturday (at the earliest)!

    Just to be clear, we weigh ourselves today (or whenever we get around to it before 5/7?), but do not input until May 7th?

    Sorry, the extra adipose tissue makes my brain all fuzzy.
