    There is water, but not guaranteed good sources. Some people drink out of the springs on the way up. I'm good on the 2.5 bottles that I bring.

    Nice ride today. 8 strong and thanks for coming out! ACH East of Islip Saddle still has inches of snow. Sorry for the "more!...harder!...more!" tea party.

    Excellent route and great ride. I left my Garmin on so my posted miles and time average is now screwed up but I can extrapolate some of the data. I got 63 miles with 7145' of climbing. Getting closer to the 10K every weekend.
    We found ice on the road at about 6500' snow is almost completely gone at this level. Maybe Jeff will chime in and give us an update from the other route going over the Hwy 2. The water at the waterfall was great tasting and had ice on the sides of the waterfall. I think Liz might have taken a couple pictures, maybe she'll post them up.

    I'm ready to faint! Still haven't eaten any real food yet! Awesome fun ride. One of the best road rides in awhile! I will post up pics but not till I eat an entire pizza!
