I know. It hurts. 43 years is a long time. But Kings fans are used to suffering.

Regardless, Ducks fans know suffering as well. You are named after a sh!tty franchise of crap kids movies starring Emilio Estevez. That kind of hurt is forever.

Who cares what the team is named after? There are plenty of sports teams with bad names and lame mascots.

It's WAY to early in the season for first place to count for anything.

 

It's a low blow. I'll admit that. Our mascot Bailey is pretty awesome though.

i'd rather not win a stanley cup than be a ducks fan!!! (i wore this shirt to every ducks game i went to)

trying to get some good seats for when the flyers come to town december 31st to mash on the ducks.

 

I like the Flyers too but they didn't mash on the Ducks at home now did they.....

You know Bret, I think the Ducks faithful may still see that shirt, and just think you're an eXtreme Ducks fan?

I attribute much of the Kings early success to: confidence!
They are confident on defense.
They are confident in transition
They are confident attacking the boards
They don't get discouraged when they are down a goal

The reason:
I believe Brown, Doughty, Johnson, Quick and Handzeus benefited GREATLY from the 2010 Olympic experience.

*I am very excited about this year's team!
*Wish they had another YOUNG player that demanded respect (not necessarily a fighter)

*I'm beginning to think Zippo is no longer a Kings fan
(have yet to see him at a single game)

 

Haha, I just happened to be lurking & I've had an ultra long hiatus from STR & the nose to the stone on some pretty wicked projects. Anyway, I'm bts (behind the scenes). My boy plays for the Junior Kings & we just haven't made it to a regular season game yet. Soon, though, soon.

I might but am not sure. I have a friend who has tickets so I'll see if I can talk her into taking me. If not then it's Tustin Brewing co.

 

My company has a box at the Honda Center....... I am trying to score the tickets for a game - I would prefer the Kings/Ducks, but I usually take whatever they will give me. Now that I know there are some other true hockey fans out here, when and if I get the tickets, I will let you all know. Sometimes I have 2 tickets, sometimes 4, sometimes the whole box......

 

I'm thinking a rested Quick with Bernier pushing him have given us much more strength in goal so far too.

Anyone else gonna see them Thurs against the resurrected Lightning?

Dino I go to about 5-7 games a year. More last year with the playoffs. Depends on the riding schedule.

 

My brother is a Kings fan, goes to about 5 games a year - and I am going to tell you all the same thing I tell him......... F YOU and F the Kings!!! :lol:
