Friday night baby, taking the day off, riding in the morning and then sitting my fat a$$ down with a couple beers to watch the game - should be good!

Well Bettman's little bed boy finally won his Cup due to one-sided ref'ing.

Typical Dead wing whining. You aren't entitled to all the cups you know. Sometime the better team actually wins. Most of the time the refs side with the wings. I have been a season ticket ticket holder for the Ducks since they started and the worst fans by far (besides the Queens fans) are the Red Wings. God forbid they ever lose a game. They think they are entitled.

It's a great feeling to see the wings fans lose at home! :bang:

I did hockey camp with Lemieux when I was a kid. He's a great guy! And after all the money he's dumped into the Pens, he deserves to win!!!!

It's a hockey night in Pittsburgh!!!!

I'm just a little salty that my wife is in Pgh right now, and I'm not. At least I know she'll be coming home with a new Pens jersey and a new Steelers jersey.

Sorry but if the better team actually wins, than the Pen's wouldn't have even been in the Finals, the Capitals would have been. That series got thrown just like this one did this year and last. Caps go up 2-0, and in the 3rd game, the Cap's get called for everything and the Pen's nothing. Unless a team is known for taking penalties (which Washington is not), 8 penalties to 2 is pretty one-sided. I even know Pen's fans that think the ref'ing has been one-sided slanted toward the Pen's, but they actually know and play hockey.

But this is typical coming from a Duck's fan.

It's crazy how hockey runs until mid June and no one in CA watches it, yet they'll watch a bunch of 6'10" guys run back and forth to see who gets the last one in, or guys smack a ball around for hours in the hot sun where nothing happens.

I'm sorry, I've been drinking a bit and I HATE basketball and baseball!

Steelers and Pens!!!! First time ever!

I do agree that the officiating, especially in this series was inconsistent and the refs pretty much put away the whistle.

Thought it would be really tight in the first period, but that first period was awesome, back and forth, chances and great saves on both ends of the ice, great hockey! Amazing saves by Fluery at the end of the game!
