    Hey Guys,
    I Just wanted to say thanks for all the support this year. I appreciate you guys. The upcoming Nov 15th race is going to be huge. We are looking at double what we had for June. Should be alot of fun.
    A few tidbits being posted here first. Looks like we will be having demos and support from Ellsworth, Turner, and of course Intense. How cool is that having the top 3 at the event. Also looks like we have a bunch of other companies coming on board to donate swag and goodies for the ultra raffle. The course is not set yet. I am still working with Vail Lake to get that taken care of. But we will hold the venue at the pool area again.
    Last But not least I want to offer you guys a 10% discount for the November race. Just a quick thanks!

    Hey Luke I will do my cool Temp dance for sure to try and keep the heat down. But you know how that goes. Besides that Im not a great dancer:?:
    By the way dont know if you know but I am in contact with Weins winery to possibly come on out and enjoy in Nov. Should be fun out there!

    So 99% we'll be going in the normal direction. Of course I am working on some new stuff and a few surprises. I would like to make this course a little faster and shorter.

    Thanks Jason. Any chance of more beer this time? I was a little late to the party last time, and the Fat Tire was already tapped out. Got some of the last remaining Bud Light, but I could have used some more after riding in the heat all day :)

    Heads up on Camping reservations!

    If you make them online...Chances are you will get a call to tell you the site is already reserved!

    Their online reservations are not hooked up to their *main* reservation computer. So sites that have already been reserved look like they are available online, but they may not be! I was told they have new management and this will be corrected soon.

    I called this am and reserved our spots...and the *GOOD* ones are already gone ;)

    Just got my call from Vail Lake

    Just a heads up everyone:

    While a few weeks ago I was able to reserve 2 spots for camping for race weekend, they did not know how much they would be charging for camping sites. They were going to call me with the rates, once they had been negotiated!

    Well ~ I just got the call and the sites are not discounted :( I reserved 2 spots with full hook-ups each site $60.00 per night #-oI clarified "is this with the race discount?" The answer was NO RACE DISCOUNT.

    I did not ask about tent camping fee's ~ they have been less in the past.

    Anyhow ~ at least we've got our sites (you know who we've is)

    Per the website, Tent sites are $45 for a single family (2 tents max), so you wouldn't be saving much for the lack of convenience.
