'04 Cove Stiffee FR frame 17.5" $180 obo

Well I've decided to let go of this frame after debating about building it up again.....I just don't see myself riding it because of my bad back. I had this frame built up for awhile and I absolutely loved it, very aggressive geometry and it handles the rough stuff extremely well. Cove says it will handle up to a 7" dual crown fork......personally I wouldn't run more than a 5" travel fork on it unless you just don't care about climbing with it. I ran a 5" travel Z1 on it and it was a great all around bike. The frame weighs in at 4.76lbs, very light for a frame that can handle a ton of abuse. I also have a seatpost quick release and a Thomson seat post I will include. The frame just has some cable rub marks from normal use but absolutely no dings or dents. I'm asking $180 obo.......these frames were $600 new. Here are the pics:

I'd like to call dibs on the fork for now. I need to measure the steerer length on my Reign--it's at my dad's house, I will measure it tomorrow.

Also, what kind if features does it have besides the ETA?? Does it have air assist or just a coil??

The fork is all air sprung, no coil. There are 2 positive and 1 negative air chamber. The knob on the top right leg is a 4 step rebound adjustment....with the last click being rebound "lockout".....which is the ETA lockdown.

Is that a through-axle or standard QR?? It's kinda hard to tell.

Sounds like an awesome deal. I'm worried the steerer won't be long enough though[-o-]

I looked on Giant's site, and it lists the headtube at 5" long. That doesn't leave me much to work with. I will measure it tomorrow and get back to you. Anybody know if it's possible to have a new steerer installed and how much that costs?

Dibs until tomorrow when I measure?

I'm 5'5, think this would fit?

Any guess on how much it would cost to build it up? Probably not the easiest question to answer.
