    Get well

Racing=crashes...even in road races. Get a pack of high-quality green scrubber pads (high quality means the fibers won't come off) and a battery of surface-applied disinfectants. Betadyne, Hibicleanse, Lanacane....its really awesome to use them in concert with the green scrubbers to make sure you get everything out, but that's what it takes to make sure...and even then you might miss a pebble or two.

to paraphrase...."just keep scrubbing, just keep scrubbing..."

Ouch, Dan! I'm nervous just reading your shopping list, lol. I just got back from a second antibiotic infusion. They've marked the red streaks to monitor reduction or spread. Tomorrow is a key day to watch.

My arm's trail rash infection in all its glory. The ER marked it for monitoring. The pointy mark is from 5/30 when I first went in. The rounder one is from 5/31 after I started antibiotics but they hadn't taken effect yet. The pic is from this AM and I'm happy to say it didn't spread past the last marking overnight. It looks lighter red now as well. Praise God! Still more healing to come...
