Yorba Linda Bowl Trailwork and Hucktastic fest

I'm going to be hitting up yorba linda bowl on monday afternoon around 2-3 if anyone would like to come out and help build or just mess around. If you need directions or anything PM me you can have fun on any bike in this place so dont let that hold you back

Its off of lakeview ave and the 91, you exit the 91 off lakeview head north/east a few miles and turn down a dirtroad right after the RR tracks, someone on here made a good map Ill try to find it

 

There was a little map in the thread you included. I think I'll probably try to come out there. I have a Dr.'s appt. in Riverside at 1:30, but they are usually pretty quick and I should be able to be out that way by 2:30 or 3:00.

I don't have any shovels or anything, but I'm happy to wield one if there is any building, digging going on.

I'll try and make it out there, but i dont get off work until 4. Plus, the one bike I'd want to take out there doesn't have any brakes ATM...

You won't need brakes at all for this place. I noticed somebody had been demolishing the stuff I built though. :-s

You will notice a smashed mound of dirt next to the smaller drop/ step down jump before the big double. That was a killer jump...

I can't make it, I'll be working in Murrieta.

 

Oh i need them...

I was just cruising around on it to test out the new wheels I put on it, and kept forgetting I didn't have any brakes. Ran into my dad's vette 8-[

I will be getting the new brakes/fork on tuesday though, so perhaps something later this week?

I only have Fridays and Saturdays off. I'll be in Texas this weekend.

 

Hmm...sunday is out for me, my sis is graduating from college. saturday, I try and get out and do some interesting trails (I'm mostly stuck at the Loop during the week).

Perhaps something like thursday? as of now friday is reserved for BMX at the Y, but I may be able to get off early from work friday, head out to YL, then head out to orange for the BMXness.
