Hey guys/gals. :wave: Found this place after being on mtbr for a while. Glad to find something a bit more "local." It seems like the majority of people on here are "northern socal." Any groups in San Diego?

It rides like a dream, and climbs as well as you probably always read about. Truly amazing. As with any FS bike, tuning the suspension can really help dial it in and make it "even better." I've been playing with different Reba pressures as of late, and finally have it where I think I want it (for one trail at least ). Giant nixed the Trance 4 from the line-up for the 2007 models, and bumped everything up. So my 06 Trance 2 is spec'd the same as an 07 Trance 1. The only demons I've been dealing with have been some nasty cable rub (rubbed through the paint in one spot). As time goes on, cable rub really won't matter as much I guess... especially since I have a couple nice gouges from various rocks and stuff. But you know how it is Anyway, go get your Trance, you won't be disappointed. Charlie (owner) @ Cal Coast Bikes in San Diego is the man, and they easily have the largest selection of Giant bikes around in stock.
