Looking for a small 4 door car ( or coupe) that fits 4 people.
Trying to keep on a budget for under 2 grand for something that runs.
anyone got anything?

I've got a 1995 Taurus SE.

Exterior: White
Interior: Gray Leather (drivers seat has 4" tear on seat seam)
V6 w/ Auto Trans. (20-28mpg)
105,000 Mi.

Owned by my grandparents. It's in good shape, not perfect. Haven't had to do anything to it except change the oil, transmission fluid, brake pads and muffler in the last 35K mi. since I've owned it. Good vehicle but I need a truck.

KBB lists it's value at $1,600. Please let me know if you're interested.

Weld two tandems together, that will seat 4, plus have 4 wheels like a car, get great mileage, everything you need.

I have a '96 Subaru Outback wagon that I'm getting ready to trade or sell. It has 102k miles, includes some upgrades like 6-disc CD and window tint, plus some Yakima racks that I'd consider including. It is pretty clean, but there as with any car of that age there are a few mechanical glitches. I've had it for four-1/2 years and 71,000 miles, and if I wanted to put a little into some upkeep I might keep it, but my time is tight these days and I want something newer.

Here's the Kelly Blue Book report on it. Private party price is $4430, but for an easy sale and to keep it in the STR family instead of putting money in a dealer's pocket, I'd consider taking less. You might also be ready to move a little quicker than me, but maybe ... ?
