Where are you watching the Tour de California?

I will be heading to the Rancho Bernardo to Escondido stage. I have not decided if I am going to watch from Palomar Mtn. or Cole grade rd with the hope of also catching them towards the end on the decent from Lake Wolford.

Post where you will be watching from and lets watch this event unfold together!

 

I will be watching in Pasadena for Stage 7 and possible watching Stage 8.

In Pas I would recommend watching along one of the following streets if you want a more quite experience: N Grand Ave, Arroyo Terrace, Scott Place, or Rosemont Ave. These are nice tree lined neighborhood streets. If you want a fast descent and/or turns consider: Rosemont Ave. Washington Blvd descent from Arroyo Blvd. At these locations you will get to see the riders pass several times as they to their loops around the Bowl.

I understand from a little birdie the event organizers and the city will have bike parking at the event if you want to lock up your bike at the event. There will also be a shuttle from the Memorial Park Gold Line Station if you want to commute without driving or if you want to park around Old Pasadena.

 

Solvang and Palomar for me....

I'll be roaming around Solvang and in the VIP tent in Pasadena and Escondido.

 

What's the date for the Palomar Stage? I'd like to go catch this but am not sure if I'll be off or not.
