Well torque on the rotor bolts isn't so much critical as say lever bolts on a carbon bar. I have a 1/4" torque wrench but its at my work in my toolbox and I've got the whole week off.....otherwise I'd let you use it. I'd just recommend some blue loctite on the rotor bolts and get them pretty snug, then for the lever bolts you want them just tight enough that you can't rotate the lever but loose enough that in a crash they would give. I just have a feel for this stuff being a mechanic but some people just torque the crap out of stuff and strip them out. If you're not comfortable I'm sure your LBS would take a torque wrench to all your bolts if you installed everything just slightly snug and took it into them.
