    Ken's nutrition plan is a sausage mcmuffin and a marlboro red at beek's, aid station 1, and 4 corners...and a cigar for the finish line pic!

    1 banana

    Blackstar - Maple
    3 more scoops in a bottle.
    Camelback with Zenergize hydrate electrolite tabs
    1 bag of Margarita shot bloks.
    1 granola bar
    1 flask of hammer gel to last the entire event.

    Maple - finish
    refill bottle with another 3 scoops
    Refill camelback and pop 2 more tabs.
    1 Uncrustable (mmm snack)
    1 bag of shotbloks

    Celebratory snack at the peak
    1 small bag of beef jerky

    May not be consumed, but just in case:
    1 flask of pickle juice
    1 more bag of shot bloks
    1 more uncrustable
    Tums, thermotabs

    The Guinness I'll save for after the ride...but here's my plan

    Diet Coke and a Clif Bar for Breakfast (don't laugh too hard...it works for me)
    Perpetuem
    Gatorade in the camelback (diluted)
    Gu including the new Octane Gu
    trail mix
    banana and stuff at the aid station
    Zippfizz
    More Gu.....and a packet of mustard just in case
    May bring a pbnj, on the fence with that one.

    **UPDATE** I saw the Girl Scouts outside the store and picked up some of the Chocolate Peanut Butter Patty cookies...will bring some of those..easy going down and peanut butter + chocolate...should help

    Tim, you were partially correct. Here's the final plan. The "usual", consisting of the following.
    1. Camelback filled with 2 liters of water mixed with 3 tablets of nuun (cola flavor)
    2. Pre-ride Cigarette ( On the drive there and the last one before the start @5:29am)
    3. Pre-ride Sausage McMuffin - @5:25am
    4. 1 bottle of water mixed with 1 nuun tablet for the first leg ( to bottom of motorway)
    5. 1 cigarette at the top of Motorway
    6. eat second sausage McMuffin at bottom of motorway (aid station 1)
    7. 1 post meal cigarette ( beginning of Maple springs)
    8. 1 bottle of water mixed with 1 nuun tablet (gotta stay hydrated!)
    9. top off to 2 liters of water/nuun mix for the camelback
    10. cigarette at 4 corners
    11. another cigarette at santiago peak ( at the hairpin before the descent.
    12. bypass aid station 2 to finish!
    13. Light up a cigar 1 mile prior to finish!!!:bang:

    14. Somewhere in between consume 6-10 GU Roctane(vanilla orange flavor) packs during the ride!

    I just discovered my 'recovery' dinner...though this monster may cause way more damage than recovery. Behold - The Sandwich of Knowledge

    The lower tier consists of eight pieces of bacon, six sausages, and four burger patties. The middle tier is all black pudding, and the upper tier has two sliced chicken breasts and six fried eggs. The tomatoes are purely decorative.

    My god, who comes up with this stuff?

    I think i'll snarf one of those down at 5:15am or so...a nice light little breakfast, won't bog me down at all. Just got to make sure they include the macaroni salad, it goes so well with my morning coffee.

    Start to Aid station 1:
    4 24oz bottles (3 bottles with 2 scoops each Sustained Energy Plain, 1 bottle 6 scoops Perpetuem [in jersey pocket], each gets 2.5 caps of elete water)
    1 10oz flask of Hammer Gel - Apple
    Local organic pitted dates in large Bento Box

    Maple Springs to Aid station 2:
    Refill 3 bottles (3 bottles with 2 scoops each Sustained Energy Plain, each gets 2.5 caps of elete water)


    Aid Station 2 to Finish
    Refill 4 24oz bottles (3 bottles with 2 scoops each Sustained Energy Plain, 1 bottle 6 scoops Perpetuem [in jersey pocket], each gets 2.5 caps of elete water)
    (aid station 2 bag)
    PBJ sandwich on whole wheat English Muffin (eat while at aid station 1)
    Can of V8
    Small water bottle filled with pickle juice

    At the start(5:29am):
    1 Hammer gel with caffeine and 1 banana

    Beeks/Golf ball:
    1 Accelerade Gel
    1 bottle of H2O with NUUN (sipped on MD)

    Before MW:
    1 Kashi bar and 1 Accellerade Gel

    Aid station 1:
    1 Banana
    1 Free hammer gel
    1 Eletrolyte packet by hammer
    refill pack and water bottle

    MS end of pavement:
    1 accelerade Gel

    4 corners:
    1 accelerade Gel
    1 TACO BELL BEAN BURRITO!!!!!!!

    Santiago Peak
    What ever food I have left

    Post meal:
    WHAT EVER I CAN FIND THAT'S NOT BOLTED DOWN!!!!!#-o

    I don't have a plan per se, but this is what I'll have with me.

    A cambelbak full of water
    Enough Gu20 powder for 3 bottles
    > 4 Gu Bloks
    > 3 gels of some sort
    2 Cliff Bars
    Salt tabs for in the rare scenario that I cramp
    And whatever I can get my grubby hands on at a station

    I had an In in Out for lunch

    I will drink another glass of milk with a banana to hopefully get 4 hours of sleep at least.

    I just finished cleaning everything up from yesterday. I had planned on drinking 6 bottles for the day (VQ), I only drank 3. #-o So I consumed 3 bottles, with 1.5 scoops of Perpetuem and a scoop of Heed in each one, approximately 8-10 Gu's, and 4 Shot Blocks (2/3 of a packet). No wonder I was suffering so miserably up Trabuco and WHT.

    What did everyone else consume?
