Just a FYI, Word has it NEMA is having a sale sometime this month(I am waiting for an email from them) and also Oakley is having their "Friends N Family" sale in the middle of May (Waiting for my Oakley contact to confirm the date)

Good time to stock up on riding gear...

Yeah it is a good time to buy... I got a $450 snowboard jacket for $80 and $90 Oakley shoes for $10 a pair...

NEMA has good deals too... all my stuff I got either DIRT cheap or around 50% off...

You made out then. I went to the local Oakley place over here in Ontario and they didn't have a decent deal in the place. 20% off, might seem like a deal to some, but it was no big deal to me. My friend picked up 6 pairs of mtb shorts and 8 jerseys from the Nema sale last year, but it seems they ran out early of the common sizes. So I think you have to get there early for that one.

NFW-$2 for those shorts!!!!!! I never been to one of these sales because, like has been said, 20% is not really a sale. But, if they are "Blow your mind" deals then I'm all over it.:bang:

They aren't always like that... It was because I was basically there when they opened the door.... Actually I got in a few min before they "officially" opened so I had first pick at the "everything in this box is $2" deal... these weren't 100% primo shorts, some were ripped, but all the ones I grabbed were returns and all that was wrong with them was the drawstring was missing. So they handed me a bunch of drawstrings and I sat around on a Sat night watching a movie and pushing strings through my shorts!! So they were well worth the time I spent!!

Even when they DON'T have these deals, they still sell demo samples or even regular stock items alot cheaper.... I bought a $50 Tranz jersey for $20 and it was in the plastic in the warehouse..

You just have to get there and look around!
