Found something on digg.com that might come in handy for mountain bikers. Not sure how well it works but if it does what it's supposed to do, this is a kick ass little stick!
It's basically a usb stick (something like a thumbdrive on steroids?) with GPS built in. It records where it's been and such and then lets you download that information to your computer in different formats including a google earth file.
Mountain bikers could toss this stick in their camelbak and view their route on the computer when they get home. I think it's around $300 though.
