Hey yal, Just to let you know where I've been. 2 1/2 weeks ago crashed hard on my head, nerve damage and back injury. Just about ready to hit it again. Going to test things out this wed night. 8 p.m. top of indian hill in La Verne.
Hey Tom, sorry to hear about the crash. Glad your feeling better though. I won't even ask...well, OK, I will, is the bike OK? But seriously, it sounds like a bad one so I'm glad you were able to recover so fast. -Pete
I was wondering where you went. Glad to hear you're healing. If you feel like heading to OC, there's a Wednesday night ride at Santiago Truck Trail too. C
What are you a starfish and regenerate body parts. How do you rider 2.5 weeks after nerve and back injury? Best of luck. Hope you're feeling better and good luck
Slow down Tom, the mountains ain't going anywhere. I'm glad to hear your able to get out and ride. I hope everythings okay for the future.
Take it easy. I was back on my bike a bit too soon after my back surgery last August, it ended up setting me back a few more weeks.
Thanks yal, Yes,the bike is fine, I had made an adjustment to my seat and went bombing before i was comfortable and endoed. Lucky it was in the weeds and bushes. Amazing how a small change on the bike can make it feel sooooo different. Team therapy has been great for rehab, really focusing on core work. See everyone soon
Hey tom, time to hit some easy trails for awhile, think about coming down Wed to hit the truck trail with all of us. mellow ride, great views, people, Ect. Give me a shout. Take it easy! Mark
Ok you guys got to me, no ride on wed, leaving on Thur a.m. for Waikiki for 5 days of relaxation and snorkeling . Haven't riden in 3 weeks gettin fat and ugly so might as well splurge. Should be ready next week.
Hawaii should make you feel much better. Maybe you wont want to come back. You can bike up the volcano if you have the urge.
Tom, you can ride with me when you get back. I'm slow as hell so that should provide you with the opportunity to take it easy.
Remember Glen, any more talk about being a nubee or being slow and I was going to point out you are a sand bagger. Well SAND BAGGER!
Dean, baby, I maybe be of intermediate skill level, but compared to dudes like Tom and Mike and Chris and Armondo, I'm slow as a mutha! That ain't sandbagging. That's truth.
