    Hey yal,
Just to let you know where I've been.
2 1/2 weeks ago crashed hard on my head, nerve damage and back injury.
Just about ready to hit it again. Going to test things out this wed night.

Hey Tom, sorry to hear about the crash. Glad your feeling better though. I won't even ask...well, OK, I will, is the bike OK? But seriously, it sounds like a bad one so I'm glad you were able to recover so fast.

I was wondering where you went. Glad to hear you're healing. If you feel like heading to OC, there's a Wednesday night ride at Santiago Truck Trail too.

Take it easy. I was back on my bike a bit too soon after my back surgery last August, it ended up setting me back a few more weeks.

    Thanks yal,
Yes,the bike is fine, I had made an adjustment to my seat and went bombing before i was comfortable and endoed. Lucky it was in the weeds and bushes. Amazing how a small change on the bike can make it feel sooooo different.
Team therapy has been great for rehab, really focusing on core work.
    See everyone soon

Hawaii should make you feel much better. Maybe you wont want to come back. You can bike up the volcano if you have the urge.
