The Spot is complete!

You may have seen a few of us just purchased some Turner frames and I was one of them. This is my 3rd Turner and I'm really happy with the way it turned out. I'll be breaking it in tomorrow on its maiden voyage, I can't wait! It weighed in just a hair under 30lbs @ 29.98. I have a set of XT cranks on the way so that might drop a little more weight, but otherwise its just how I want it. Here are a few pics: I think it needs some gold brake levers.....what do ya think?

dude your stable is out of control! Even without the I9s this bike is choc full o' bling, biatch! I love it. That fork is killer too....best fork i ever owned and like the idiot i am, sold it of course to save a few worthless grams...doh!

Haha, that's funny because Bret is probably going to sell his Heckler and get a Spot But I am thinking of downsizing and getting rid of my AS-X, so it'll just be the 3 Turners.

Nice to see you on here Foshizzle! I'm gonna make a post with all 3 of my Turners together in the Turner forum soon......"keeping it in the family" sounds like a good title. I absolutely love my Turners, can't wait to test out the spot on the Maple Springs/Motorway loop tomorrow.

I can't even tell you enough how impressed I was with the Spot today. Got to the end of the pavement on MS and made some minor air pressure adjustments on the DHX air. I put more in the boost valve and less in the main chamber. It climbed with less bob and sagged slightly more which was my goal. Got to Main Divide and hit the 1st downhill, couldn't believe how plush this thing felt! Honestly the Spot feels as plush if not plusher than my 6 Pack. When we got to the Motorway I made some rebound adjustment about 1/2 mile down, then it came alive. This thing just rocks, amazingly plush and active under braking. The 6" AM1 up front feels right at home on the Spot also, great fork even though its puke yellow. The Spot is probably the best all around trail bike I've ever ridden, and it should only get better the more I dial it in. I wasn't expecting it to impress me as much as it did since I already own 2 Turners, but this bike has succeeded all of my expectations.....money well spent.
