Actually, heat wasnt bad at all once we got movin.

Modest little crowd tonight.
Started off with some nice extra credit following gabe....
lost davidb and zach somewhere in the fray.

Saw a nice rattle snake :wave:

All in all, good times. Food was great!

Man I look fast. Too bad that almost as high up as I started. I think I might ride more of it next week if we pass by. That little section was too easy.

It was great crossing paths and seeing you all while Shorty and I were on our romantic sunset ride. We also came across a rattler in a very bad mood just down from the rock bluefirepictures is riding down. Good riding!

thank you for the real 411 on andy's pic. i almost sh!t my pants seeing it and thinking he made the drop. I have stood atop that cave many times with my bike and always wondered about dropping it but never had the b@lls to try it. (okay nor the skill)

glad it was a staged pic and what ever is left of my ego these days is moderately intact (for now).

Missing a Taco Tuesday is like ... missing a Taco Tuesday ... heat, technical riding and snakes, oh my!!! I was thinking about you guys last night as I was working on world peace. Yes, we have made another step closer to it. See you next week.

As predicited by the weather dudes the temps were a few degrees less which made TT just about perfect. Boys will be boys and there was plenty of smack talk. Gabe made a few adjustments to the ride and the guys followed. A few of us girls knew better than to follow him downhill so we stayed up top. After hearing the giggling and the WTF's from the guys below we knew we made the right choice.

The snake sighting was fun. I rolled up to see a bunch of "kids" all circling the poor snake. Reminded me of being a kid, hanging out with your friends when someone finds a dead animal and it's so facinating everyone crowds around.

We forgot to call Tim at the Fish House but he saw us earlier and the tables were set. I think the locals are picking up on our schedule because the Fish House was pretty cleared out by the time we got there to eat.

Good times as usual. Nan you were missed. Definately not the same without you. The boys just don't listen as well.

A hot evening with a smaller crowd. Saw my 4th snake in 3 days. Mating season and heat are bringing them out.

Interesting route Gabe..... I did follow you and experienced several hike-a-bike sections that I didn't even think of riding!

Great tacos at Fish House as usual. I had carne asada tacos which are delish, too. Ask Lety....she had some on her plate.

Is it the ride or the tacos? Hmmmm.......not sure
