Stunt Junkies on Discovery Channel right now is doing this episode with a specialized rider going down a cliff in Utah (I think his name was Darren something?). The line is 1500 feet down and looks almost vertical. They just finished scoping out the cliff and then were explaining the bike technology. I'm guessing it'll go till 10:30? Just a heads up. 8)
For those of you on Dish with the East Coast feed - It'll be on @ 11. I watched this a few weeks back. Not bad. The host is a bit of a tool. I wish they had shown more of the actual ride.
It's Darren... Berrecloth AKA the Bearclaw I beleive.... BMX'er turned Freerider, Lives on Vancouver Island about a half a mile from my uncles house
That was pretty cool! And "The Fully Master" would be pleased to know that the BearClaw didn't even mention drops less than 5 ft![-X Those dudes on that show are always going around to places in the southland to do crazy stuff. A few weeks back they were around Lake Elsinore.
I watched that too. It was an intense line. It will be airing again on March 6th @ 6:30pm. and March 12th @ 4:30pm for those that missed it.
