if there's other bright ideas let em be heard!!\\:D/

Just a thought, but you might want to start down in Whiting so that you get all of the climbing over with in the first half the ride. Oh yeah, you have to go to Old Camp since you've never been there!\\:D/

I did Whiting/Stt/Luge/Whiting today. I'll roll but I'd really like to hit old camp before I take off for RI.

hmmm, I might be up for this. :-k

We got back from NC earlier this week but I've been busy with sh!t so I haven't ridden much so I likes the idea of easy pace.

I'd have to agree that parking down at Whiting and doing that part first makes for a good ride.

Noobees

He doesn't call himself a Veteran...member...He's a NOOB! :D muuhahhahhahaaa!!

[*Edit*] Dang...just noticed his own remark...snap dawg you beat me to the punch.

Count me in, I may only have enough time to do STT/Luge....heading up to Big Bear around 8:30. If you are starting at Whiting I might be able to fit in a couple laps there otherwise Cooks to STT and down the Luge would be fun.

Is this 6:30PM or 6:30AM? I was planning on heading out there tomorrow morning. Whiting to Old Camp :)

Like the sound of this, BUT... differ a bit on logistics. EcoDork and I will be in the vicinity. Starting @7:30am from Whiting and limiting the loop to Whiting & Luge.

We're parking by the Washington Mutual and I drive a grey Ford Ranger, and EcoDork rolls a red Exterra.

All are welcome.

word homey!

da'seat and I will be riding 07:30 Sat 05 aug 06.

From what I could tell Shin's ride was Sat AM as well...

Cook's Corner 6:30am SAT 8/5

Hey all: Jose's computer is down right now...so the ride for tomorrow- SAT morning is @ 6:30am starting at Cook's Corner.

Who's in? Jose said to call him on his cell to let him know who's in, who's out, what you're doing on a Friday night, whatever you want to talk about his line is open.

jk give him a buzz if you can't make it so wees don't wait for you. (Jose's cell 714-943-9781). We will not be waiting for the banana or the dork, but hope to see you there.

Did you guys end up going? I didn't get started till about 8:30. Started at Cook's - did a loop through Whiting. From there headed up to Old Camp. By the time I finished, the trails were empty. That made for some fun downhill all the way back to the car :)
