Man, on the first steep (the one your boy drifted down sideways ) when it starts to turn left, we need to hack the bush down, to prevent fire hazard, or build up a little berm. i've nailed that bush so many times from going too fast down that hill lol

That was a good time had by all, I especially had a blast flogging your old/my new dirtbag down those trails. I just wish we didn't have to drive all the way to northwest Idaho to ride it every time. I'm glad the thread got reposted, I was looking forward to seeing the video and by the time I got on here to check it was already in full on posting war haha and had been removed! Anyways we need to do it again soon and i need to really start letting loose on the ol dirtbag. The name was Jason, not Justin btw haha.

you could just learn to be a baller and take the far left line and avoid it completely. that's a pretty sketch line though...

Too fast? whats that? Iv ebeen full on no braking it on that hill. Of coarse I do randomly catch a rut end up shooting mad hard ot the left and falling my big ass down to the fireroad in a violent manner

Im still in tears looking at my old bike, seing it the color I wanted to paint it......In all seriousness, I am glad it went to someone who will ride it as hard as I did. Cant wait to get out and ride with ya again.

Oh yeah, I probably shouldnt have been trying to kep up with Taylor......That wasnt the best IDea I have had.

Last run of the day, I thought I was going to Die on that hill. Cross rutted, got kicked sideways, wasnt even covering the brakes......Some how, I pulle dit back straight in tinme just as I hit the little rock pile.

Good times when you have to change your shorts after a run.

part of me wants to call BS on no-braking that WHOLE hill. I'll do the top 3/4, but you needa check your speed into that exit jump or you're landing flat and hard...

I've done the same thing getting way sideways there though. so much room to screw yourself up big time...

Everyone has to hit that hill at least a few times with no brakes and land it out on the fire road..... at least a couple.

I can't wait to try it for the first time this Saturday. Anyone would like to give me a guided tour?

And I'll try not to use my brakes.

maybe people who have bikes that are suited for 5ft drops to flat :)

I get by fast enough, and scare myself enough there. no reason to make it worse.

Wait...what are you riding??? Maybe I could distract Bflo, and you could end up wioth a nice looking glory you might need to go through and check the bolts.

i just got off the phone with coates cyclery and there having a kona demo on saturday. they said they were shuttling people up the hill to demo there bikes????? i dont know where exactly up the hill is but the dude did say off of towne. i wonder if????

reignX right now... Bflo's glory is a little small (a little less than glorified) though

that could either be cool, or a trainwreck...

There is one step down on the far left that if your not just hauling stupid ass, your in for some hurt. Other than that, most of the jumps are only as big as you make them. In other words, its all about the speed and take off. My favorite is ont eh far left run, hang a left, hit the kicker, and descend.

Be right back with the times on the video for these I am describing.

Ok step down is at 2.46.

Ok and the jump I speak of, is at 3.08

You guys are landing on the road.?. I've been riding that hill with no brakes for years and clearing the whole road.

Phong (BigRedHit) from my experince riding with you.. you know you would do almost or maybe every jump there. The biggest drop is the ladder one I showed a pic of other thread, and the biggest jump would be the ladder launch ramp and little dirt launch jump next to it.
