I was riding a narrow trail in the twilight and took a spill. Nothing major except the front wheel parted 6" off the trail into that crappy tall grass and wham a big rock. So I spilled forward and off the saddle onto the trail. Put my hand out, it caught something and sprained it. I went to work with a brace on the hand and got the usual BS. Crashed again eh? I said "No, I crash all the time. It is part of game. This time I was injured, that does not happen often." They just do not understand the way of the single trac. Most times we beat the mountain, sometimes the mountain beats you. I think Tuesday it should be good enough for some low impact stuff, we will see manana. Happy trails
