I crashed at Southridge a month ago and the doctor said I sprained my midfoot (arch), nothing is broken according to the X-rays. I'm not really sure what happened when I crashed but I got up quick and my foot said no which ended my race. It has now been over a month and I can only put about 70% of my weight on the ball of the foot and about 50% of my weight on my big toe when I walk. It seems like it is taking forever. Has anyone had this injury and what are some good remedies to improve recovery?
