Watching him and Ryan go through that rock garden I couldn't help but wonder why they were racing in that class. I didn't know neither had done but a race or two. They still earned it.

 

yea but james is freaking fast
and his bike is nice. i sat down and coasted through the whole webb canyon run on his bike. and that was because he has those little eggbeater clip ins and i couldnt stand

 

I SAW HIM AT the mt sac race on that bike and recognized him. hes fast as hell should move up next reacalong with ryan just to give us slow mofos a chance

 

i would think it would be better if he stayed in your class so you have something to fight for the next race...no point in racing if you're not going up against faster guys

TKBlazer....I was up above you(where the expert and beginner split) when that bike took out your camera....when I was shooting on the expert side I had a bike take out the pole were I was sitting on the inside corner after the drop 2 riders after I moved....I would have been toast b/c I was crouched down...

Anyone know if the kid who plowed into the rock(right by where you were at TKBlazer w/ his ribs and didn't finish trhe race is ok...did he break any ribs???

 

Found these on RM. I think this is Sharky's nephew in the 1st pic. 2nd pic is Ryan getting blocked on the last rock section.

 

I was wondering that myself. After a bit I gave him some water and he said he didn't think anything was broken...that he just needed to walk it off. He hit freakin hard though!
Yeh...that's Bri , Frank. The bike made it a tough race for him as far as control but he still did great. He'll be on a different one next time and will get a better run in.
