    I just noticed your broken spokes spell out R-A-D! Perhaps you will start a trend, kinda like fixie riders putting cards and fliers in their spokes! You could get fluorescent colors to make it easier to see when you are charging the course. Just don't wear a big-ass lock and skinny jeans though...

    Not sure why DoubleWide isn't listed in his group. I think he's won a few of them.

    Gonna be hot and ferociously windy out there this weekend. Classic Santa Anas. Good times! I recall two years ago we had light drizzle for almost every race, making the dirt tacky and the weather cool - those were the days!

    I missed the first two races. You have to race 4 out of the 5 to be eligible for the overall so they probably just left me out from the start. Bummer.

    That's what I thought initially, but there are lots of other guys listed who have only raced in two races, and missed the first one. :?:
