    Our Geoladders times are all different.

    -SDstumpy - time stops when not riding
    -Krisztian - His time should be way faster than mine but I don't think your time stops when we weren't moving.
    -MTBmaven - I don't think you started you timer on the Whitney Descent

    You are correct sir. I forgot to turn it on for the descent. Not sure why I was turning it off on during stops on this ride. This is exactly why I stopped this practice.

    do you guys know when the peaks, such as Upper Rock Creek, are unrideable due to snow and when they are clear? I'm trying to plan a 3 day trip and I was thinking mid-May but I was told that is too early.

    Mid May is risky, if I was a betting man I would say it will not be open at that point. They try to clear the roads for the opening of the fishing season in early May, but it varies.
    Rock Creek road tops out at a little over 10K, and depending on snowpack and weather conditions in May, its more likely a June opening. It will always depend on snow accumulation for the season and the time since last storm.
    I would plan on late June. Better your chances.
