Does anyone know of a bike seat proven not to screw w/ ur junk? I just read this article online and now I am seriously freaked out...[-(

See I'm just the opposite, I'm hoping I go sterile so I don't have any kids [-o-]

Specialized BG, with center cutouts. SELLE, again with center cutouts. WTB seats have a "Love Channel" that have worked pretty well for me, not that I have your issue.
Or you can go the Serfas route.......

I used to think this way to... but man this little girl of mine just melts my heart every nite when I get home from work!

please excuse the sappiness

I've used WTB with the Love Channel too just recently and the Specialized Pro Comp MTB seat a few years back and I gotta tell you I have never had a problem with 2700 miles road and mountain this year. My wife was nervous too. I NEVER let her down...Stallion, of course! In fact, we are having a baby in February. I am going to be a PAPA! We're so happy and she said that she now has no doubt that biking has nothing to do with it since it was our first time trying for a baby! Like I said, Stallion:bang:

I've read up on it :read: and (ladies close your eyes:( ) the rule of thumb is everytime you feel some numbness, stand up and pedal or take a break. The doctors say that sperm production is the only thing that can be effected and it happens about 15 minutes of continued pressure. "BOOOIINNNNGGG" as Beavis says!

Yeah, I have a Spec'd Body Geom. saddle and a WTB with the love channel. They're both good.

I already have four kids. So, I can go sterile any time. But, I agree with JRuiz. I have yet to have anything but increased production since I've been riding.

dude i bet 1/2 of the riders on this board ride a bunch have kid(s) (me included). no worries bud. a bunch of saddles address this "concern". I have used a few specialized BG's and WTB's over the years and they all are seem to work. highly suggest focussing on a saddle that feels comfortable first then seeing if it addresses other concern.

I used to have problems, then I started dating a hotter chick. Oh Snap. Riding had nothing to do with it.

A follow up study found that the angle of the bike seat and top tube length/ seat setback have a lot to do with it. Ensure that your but bones are on the wide part of the seat (correct top tube and seat setback) and that the horn of the seat isn't higher on the horozonal level plane than the wide part (seat angle). If it feels like you are sitting on the horn, not the seat itself then there is a chance of problems no matter what seat you own.

BTW I ride WTB. No worries so far.

check out the brooks thread. the offerings from selle anatomica are great!!! do a search on mtbr and you will find some race reviews.

i have only 2 rides on a selle anatomica titanico saddle, it is freaking amazing.

they are abit pricey (start at about $100) and heavy, but they are well work the weight. if you have the cheddar, i think they make a model with ti rails.

anyways, poke around the site and check out the videos and write ups they have. the saddle flat out works as designed.

i got my first long ride on the titanico saddle yesterday. a mix of road, fireroad and singletrack...the saddle was amazing.

i have riding saddles that i though were kinda of comfortable, but this sadldle just plain disappeared underneath me, it just felt so comfortable.

don't think that this saddle is come overplush sofa with rails. you can dial in the tension you want.

i just ordered another anatomica saddle, the robusto....i want to try out a narrower saddle. if i doesnt work out, i know the titanico is a winner.

man...i gotta atleast three of these! gotta start selling come crap!!!

specialized, selle italia and alot of other companies make saddle with cut outs. i tried them. the selle anatomica titanico is just leaps and bounds better comfort wise. they took a brooks design that works and made a saddle that is just an impeccable product.

the titanico saddle and my bell sweep helmet are quite possibley the best cycling buys i have EVER and WILL EVER make!

and...NO, i don't work for them or know anyone that forks for them.
