All you computer geeks out there--Ok, maybe just gonz and von-diggs--what's the story with this:

It is the "STR-equivalent" for the Research Triangle Park area in NC. It looks like they are using the same "php" what-have-you, but maybe an older/different version?

PHP is actually a programming language.

STR uses vBulletin as their message board software. The link you gave uses Simple Machines as their software.

The only thing in common is the programming language used.
