rr: tahoe trip

duhno if anyone remembers, ive been nursing a badly sprained ankle and an inflamed heel tendon from a heel strike two weeks ago. well, i had this trip planned for 5 months and there was no missing it. made the best of it, and got some riding done with my son.

Six runs down the mountain is all I could muster in one day. Thats with a taped ankle and heel, 800 mgs of Advil and some Gellin heel cups. You gots to do what your gots to do to ride

The park was blowing out rentals for $ 999. Kona Furys, Giant Reign Xs and Rocky Mountain Flatlines.

and that was that. It was a great weekend, riding and drinking beer with my son and a couple of friends.

Can't wait for next year!

The group I go up with adds a day trip up to Downieville when in the area. [4th year now]
Our group is head up in about 3 weeks for our annual summer trip - D'ville, Northstar, and other Tahoe trails.
We'll be in D'ville same time as the Classic, should be fun!
