    Ok, so I have a sudden wave of roommates moving out of my house in Irvine (near Culver and Walnut). The rent is $675/mo and $750/mo for each room, single occupancy only. The price includes utilities, except for internet/in-room TV/etc. $400 security deposit. No garage spot, but we'll find a place for your bike. PM me for details!
