Reminder - Please read before posting a Ride Report

This is a reminder that per the Posting Guidelines on STR, we do not post ANYTHING related to riding unauthorized trails on the forums here.

We are not here to be your moral conscience but please be aware that based on ip addresses, we know land managers view this website regularly. If you poach, do us all a favor and do not post about it on STR. It does not matter how long the trails have been in existence, if everyone rides it, it should be legal, it is freely discussed on other websites, etc. Before posting, it is your responsibility to ensure the trails you are talking about are authorized mountain bike trails per the land manager's map. If you can figure out how to get to the trailhead, you can do some research to find out the trail status. (I will be the first to admit I am guilty of posting RR's on trails I thought were legit and later learned they were not, so I'll need to heed my own counsel)

Additionally, to anyone thinking they will be cute and call a trail by another name, spell it differently, etc. It will be deleted if we find out.

Thanks Craig - another one, RR on riding a trail/park that I forgot to check to see if it was open or not after weather...it wasn't and I won't do it again.
