Recommend me a wheel builder to replace hubs

I'm familiar with the local shops that sell off the shelf wheelsets. I'm looking for a good shop that can rebuild a set of wheels I have with some different hubs. I've heard the the local shops do wheel builds so infrequently that I should try to find a dedicated wheel builder shop.

For reference, these are enve carbon rims, x-Ray spokes. I don't want to screw them up

Thoughts and recommendations?

 

Years ago I had a set built by Dave's Speed Dream Wheels http://speeddream.com. They were CK hubs / Stan's Flow rims. The quality was fantastic, you talk to Dave before he builds them and he only does wheels. Since then, I've had three sets of wheels built at the Path ( I believe Brad built all of them) and there has been zero discernible difference in the quality of any of the wheel sets I talk about above.
