many, many years ago I had them work on my old AMP Research bike and it was good. I rented some bikes from them for my nieces and all was well. Prices were what you'd expect for a local shop in Laguna.

They have been around forever. Pretty good service there, but as with all bike shops, it just depends on the person you talk to and whether or not they are having a bad day. I've found even the best of shops have managed to annoy me once in awhile. That said, it's a decent shop. I have spent some money in there over the years, and they do a good job.

Rainbow Cyclery? in Laguna? Right down the way from The Tikki Room? I suppose my answer is "No".

I Bought my Fisher from them 10 yrs ago. They were going to charge me for labor to pull my fork and ship it to Manitou under warranty. The bike was only a month old, and it wasn't abuse. Improper adjustment (gasp!! improper suspension adjustments at Rainbow?!) maybe....

I took it to a non-Fisher dealer (who was a Manitou dealer) and they pulled it, shipped it, and re-installed it for free. I bought beer.

I suppose depending on who's working. you could get good service. I've never been back to find out.

I'll stick with bike shops who's owners and employees ride.

Yeah the owner rides. He's oldschool.

"I took it to a non-Fisher dealer (who was a Manitou dealer) and they pulled it, shipped it, and re-installed it for free. I bought beer." - rad!

I've lived a block away for 14 years, and agree with Steppie. Way better energy at Adrenaline and The Path.

I work a block away. I'm so pissed. When something breaks I could easily just drop in there and have them fix it while I'm at work, but they are so hard to deal with it's not worth it. grrr

I drive by it at least 2 times a day during the week and have never been in. I called them once and that was all I needed to know.
