excellent service from pricepoint. lightning fast shipping on standard orders. I ordered a few wrong parts and they refunded the parts no problem.
Awesome seller! I place my orders before 3pm PST and I get the products the next day (Gardena to Upland) with standard ground shipping.
Pricepoint rant So Im helping a buddy do a frame up build. I hook him up with some shox off of STR (thanks STEVERS for helping him out :wave, then i suggest a reasonable X.7 build kit off Pricepoint. Its usually next day delivery since its in Gardena. They send him the headset and the rest is back ordered till August!, September!!, and October!!!. :-k Why the hell are they even listing this item if they have nothing in stock. GOOD JOB PRICEPOINT
You can easily check stock before you place your order. I've cancelled orders before because all items aren't in stock. I shop around until I find everything in one place.
Pricepoint has always been a positive shopping experience for me. Perhaps next time you should check availability....and worse case scenario - cancel the order. Some people will never be satisfied though.
i order stuff from them 3 or 4 times a month. never had any problems. if not in stock i either go some where else or wait depending on how bad i need it. they always tell me if items are in stock or not.

Price point has great prices as told above shipping is 1-2 days depending on what time I order the part. They used to be and maybe still are Circle Cycle in Gardena, where I got the original GT Timberline MTB when I lived in PV as a kid.
